In 2008, Laura received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After college, she worked in high-end furniture, custom window treatments, kitchen/bath design and drafting homes for clients.

While Laura was fulfilled in her Interior Design career and being a mother of three, she saw an opportunity for more. In 2021, Laura became a Licensed Real Estate Agent for Home Key Real Estate based in Platteville, WI.

This is where Laura became fascinated with the Real Estate Market and the opportunities it provided. Every day she made her way into people’s homes helping them love their space but with real estate she could help them love their location too!

Later in 2021, Laura purchased an investment property in a resort near the river. She then put her skills to work and renovated the property. After almost 2 years of renting it short-term, she decided she wanted a new project and sold her investment property to purchase a larger home to split into a duplex for long-term renters.
